All the resources that you new and used before are all still available and i have bought out new and exciting things for people interested in property investing in 2009. I've just gone into a new area of web designing that' s all it's no big deal. I'm just expanding my horizons and staying up to date with the way the internet is going and staying up at the cutting edge with new technologies.

I'm at the forefront of new ways investors are connecting on the internet. My web designing is now merging over to a better platform and a different web site name www.forpropertyinvestors.com where people will be able to get involved in better ways. There is something for everyone. ForPropertyInvestors.com is easier to say to people about what i do that's all. The Jaffasoft you have come to know is still in this site. Jaffasoft.com is still going to be here.

I'm still going to be using this site for keeping up to date with general stuff. This site is now going to be getting a simple change from the complexity of web designing and listing all the updated blog posts that are getting made I'm making. I''ve had to make an automated system because thier is getting to many of them. In a simple easy list that people can come read with automatic updates pulled in the minute people post in the blog, submit a video, or blog posts are published by me or somebody else.

There is all sorts of interesting stuff from all sorts of people and blogs coming in and updating all the time from quality writers. www.forpropertyinvestors.com is the heart of where it's all coming in from. I'm not that bright and i know it's easy.

I have painted a bright picture and i want you to know that not all things go to plan. Every web site around the world is constantly changing, updating, upgrading things and every web site goes through a problem at some stage. There is technical issues that arise that can be out of my knowledge to instal not your role as Publisher so don't confuse that. We keep what you need to know simple. but you will come to know more about the system as you get tio know it. that's why i call this "Blast Off" you are supposed until you are blasted off circling around the world publishing in your own independent web site all on your own. But support at any time when you need it. And if their is something i can not fix while installing the site then I know of other contacts, my fellow coders, programmers and designers and people that i can call on and bring them in. In fact their is a whole army of people that work on this system and are skilled to look at any issues. A lot of them only ask for simple donations, they love coding web sites but they appreciate a little incentives to keep going. But it's very fair like $50 for this and $100 for this as you build bigger and better at your web site.

Umm you think $500 is to much. you don't know anything about web design! It takes many hours to do and fine tune and get things installed and things can and do go wrong. $500 is very cheap. And it's only that way because i want to specifically support people in the real estate and property investing industry. It's more of a passion to support people in the inner investing circles that i mix around in.

I seriously suggest you check out www.wordpress.org and see what this web design and also blog system is capable of. If you are not up with technical stuff this is 'the platform' for web site management with unlimited uses for any site built on the back of programers contributing and improving systems for years all around the globe. They are not the leader for no reason. When you can design it with clicking a button, "they have got it worked out". It's a big community and your web site can be tuned to do whatever you want. mostly people will only have trouble getting going, installing and getting set up. Your then "Blasted Off". You may be technically minded to do it yourself so go ahead and do it! If you'd like me to "Blast You Off" then. The only thing i stress is that if you want me to blast you off that you have an up to date and modern cPanel Host. If you are not sure about that ask your host or hosting service. If you want a package with everything. web site name, hosting and i can do the lot. Then we'll be $700 for that. As it requires setting your host and domain name and hosting for one year then the instal. Though it takes longer i would actually prefer to set you up in my "in house" hosting system as well because it's easier that way. I have my system worked out that i'm comfortable to do with. And i often need to be in thier so actually i think i will make this a requirement.
